What we do

Investment Recovery

We analyse documents available in the public domain from Companies House and contact individuals by mail and provide a notification pack that they may be due a tax refund.

This correspondence makes recipients aware that they are due a refund and explains how we can possibly secure it for them. For those people who do instruct us, we send them the authorisation forms for signature, full details of what happens next and a fixed quote for the work involved. Our team of tax consultants file the claim and negotiate with Inland Revenue to bring the case to a successful conclusion; culminating with your refund cheque being delivered to you. Our support team will ensure that you are kept right up to date throughout with reports by mail as we move your case towards completion.

We undertake the work on a no win no fee basis. The fee is calculated on a case by case basis, dictated by the amount of work estimated to be involved, and is provided as a fixed percentage of the final refund secured from the revenue. There are no additional costs, service or management fees of any kind.

Corporation Tax Refunds

For clients who instruct us to recover Corporation Tax, we offer this service on a no win no fee basis.

Our team of experienced tax consultants will analyse your corporation tax history and if you have suffered a loss, will advise you of the best course of action for your company. We guarantee that advice given and any refund secured will only be in your company's best interest.

Personal Tax Refunds

We also can take care of all other personal tax refunds. Many people come to us on a daily basis seeking help in securing a tax refund for any tax overpaid. We will give a fixed fee quote that once agreed will not change.

Once you have instructed us, we will then gather all relevant information from you in order to make a successful tax refund claim.
